Women’s Cross Country Second at Queen City Invite, Men Finish in Sixth

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The SCAD men's and women's cross country teams traveled to Charlotte, N.C. for the Queen City Invite on Friday and the women's finished in second while the men finished in sixth overall.
 
MEN'S RESULTS: The men's team ran an 8K course and the Bees' top finisher was freshman Tom Schroeder, running a 26:18.35 to finish 22nd out of the 136-runner field.

WOMEN'S RESULTS: Alex Midgett was SCAD's top finisher, placing fifth with a time of 18:25.00. Edith Manfred also finished in the top 10 with a ninth-place time of 18:34.51.
