TAMPA, Fla. – SCAD's Alex Midgett has been named the Sun Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week for the week ending October 22.

Midgett placed eighth out of 169 runners at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge 5k with a time of 18:22.76.
 
The Bees will travel to the Sun Conference Championships in Ave Maria, Fla. on November 4.
