HARDEEVILLE, S.C. – The SCAD men's soccer team hosted Florida Memorial Sunday morning and won 1-0.
RECORDS: The Bees are now 4-3-2, 3-2-1 SUN, while the Lions are now 3-4-2, 2-3-1 SUN.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Despite some back-and-forth play, neither team scored in the first half to go into halftime tied at 0-0.

Tim Rothe took a corner kick that reached
Caio Lara who then was able to find the back of the net to give SCAD the 1-0 lead, a lead they would not relinquish for the remainder of the game to earn the win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE: Caio Lara totaled one goal on two shots on goal while
Tim Rothe added one assist.
Ryan Holmes had two shots on goal while Rothe added one.

Connor Friel nabbed seven saves in his 90 minutes of work to earn the win.
