SAVANNAH, Ga. – The No. 25 SCAD men's tennis team battled to a 3-3 draw with No. RV Marian University on Tuesday night.
 
DID YOU KNOW? Both teams totaled three points with number 2 singles still competing. Unfortunately, the rain did not hold off and the match was called at 3-3.
 
RECORDS: The Bees are now 3-3-1 while Marian is 9-4-1.
 
DOUBLES ACTION: The Bees lost the doubles point as the Knights won at numbers two and three doubles.
 
Tryakshin/Buffo were down 5-4 at number one doubles when the point was called. Veloso/Wade lost 6-2 at number two doubles while Stoica/Zapata lost 6-3 in the number three position.
 
SINGLES ACTION: Mark Tryakshin (Tashkent, Uzbekistan / Digital Media) won 6-1, 6-2 at number one singles while Nicola Buffo (Legnago, Italy / Social Strategy and Management) won 6-1, 6-2 at number four singles.
 
Eddie Wade (Cincinnati, Ohio / Fashion Marketing and Management) battled back to win 1-6, 6-4, 10-3 at number five singles.
 
Eloy Veloso (Mar Del Plata, Argentina / Industrial Design) lost 6-3, 1-6, 6-10 at number three singles while Rodrigo Zapata (Lima, Peru / Architecture) lost 1-6, 1-6 in the number six singles spot.
 
Liam Stoica (Auckland, New Zealand / User Experience (UX) Design) was up 6-3, 5-5 at number two singles when the match was called due to weather.
