Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 AVE MARIE, Fla. -  The SCAD men's and women's tennis teams traveled to Ave Maria, Fla. to face Ottawa University – Arizona on Friday.
 
MEN'S RESULTS: The No. RV SCAD men's team defeated No. RV Ottawa 4-2.
 
The Bees won the doubles point to take a 1-0 lead going into singles.
 
Mark Tryakshin (Tashkent, Uzebekistan / Digital Media) won at number one singles to give SCAD its second point. Liam Stoica (Auckland, New Zealand / User Experience (UX) Design) at number two singles, and Nicola Buffo (Legnago, Italy / Social Strategy and Management) at number four singles both won to give the Bees the points needed to win 4-2.
 
WOMEN'S RESULTS: The No. 4 SCAD women's team dominated on Friday, defeating No. RV Ottawa 4-0.
 
SCAD won the doubles point to go up 1-0 heading into singles action.
 
The Bees' second point came from Francina Llompart (Palma De Mallorca, Spain / Interior Design) at number four singles. Alessia Piccoliori (S.Cristina (BZ), Italy / Graphic Design) won at number two singles and Priya Sukkanha (Nothaburi, Thailand / Fashion Marketing and Management) won the fourth point at number one singles.
