No. 12 Women’s Soccer Drops 2-1 Decision at the NAIA National Championship

PULASKI, Tenn. – The No. 12 SCAD women's soccer team was defeated by No. RV Olivet Nazarene University during the National Tournament in round one on Thursday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Sydney Chura (Milford, Mich. / Fibers) assisted by Abigail Siddall (Plymouth, Mich. / Film and Television) scored SCAD's goal at the 12-minute mark giving the Bees an early lead.
Olivet Nazarene was able to score two quick goals at the end of the second half finishing the game 2-1.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

Goalie Zoe Goodale (Coppell, Texas / Undeclared) made five saves in her 90 minutes of work.
SCAD's defense held the Tigers to only seven shots on goal.
