QUICK HIT: The SCAD men's tennis team traveled to No. 21 Southeastern on Saturday and suffered a 7-0 loss.
RECORDS: The Bees are now 1-5, 1-5 TSC while the Fire improve to 7-5, 5-2 AAC.
DOUBLES RESULTS: Davis Clem (Knoxville, Tenn. / Advertising and Branding) and
Nicola Buffo (Legnago, Italy) competed in the number one doubles position and lost 6-2.
Sebastian Nunez (Mexico City, Mexico / Furniture Design) and
Eloy Veloso (Mar Del Plata, Argentina / Advertising and Branding) lost 6-2 at number two doubles.
At number three doubles,
Chase Wray (Charlestown, Ind. / Fasion Design) and
Pedro Zapata (San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico / Industrial Design) fell 6-0.
SINGLES ACTION: Clem fought hard and took his number one singles opponent to three sets, but lost 0-6, 6-3, 7-10.
Buffo fell 6-1, 6-1 at number two singles while Nunez lost 6-2, 6-2 at number three singles.
At number four singles, Veloso lost 6-1, 6-3 while
Jordan Tenebaum (Alexandria, Va. / Film and Television) and Wray lost 6-1, 6-1 and 6-0, 6-0, respectively at numbers five and six singles.
