QUICK SCORE: The No. 5 ranked women's tennis team defeated No. 12 Loyola (La.) 5-1 on Wednesday afternoon to advance to the quarterfinals of the 2019 NAIA Women's Tennis National Championship.

Priya Sukkanha was named the NAIA National Freshman of the Year and the Regional Rookie of the Year.
DOUBLES ACTION: The Bees took a 2-1 lead at the end with
Priya Sukkanha and
Eika Johanna Weber defeating their number one doubles opponents 8-1.
Haley Morrissey and
Tova Tilk Tobrand defeated their number two doubles opponents 8-5.
Valerie Droop and
Brittany Waugh fell 8-6 at number three doubles.
SINGLES ACTION: Nicole Katzarkov won the first singles match at number six singles 6-0, 6-2.
Sukkanha won the second match at number one singles 6-1, 6-3 while Droop closed it out with a 6-2, 6-1 win at number four singles.
Morrissey was up 7-5, 4-3 at number two singles as the match ended while Weber was up 6-4, 2-3 in the number three spot.
Tobrand finished her number five singles match up 6-1, 6-3.
