CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The SCAD Savannah women's cross country finished 20

Lemi Wutz made SCAD history with a seventh-place All-American finish.
The Bees traveled to Cedar Rapids, Iowa for the 2018 NAIA National Championships hosted by Mount Mercy University in Seminole Valley Park on Friday, November 16. The team finished in 20
thplace with a score of 518.
Oregon Tech won the 36-team event with 126 points. SCAD Atlanta took fifth with 241 points.
Wutz made history with her All-American seventh-place finish. She averaged 5:40.9 minutes a mile for a race time of 17:39 – only nine points from the school record. Her seventh-place finish is the highest finish of a SCAD runner in program history.
Point Park's Anna Shields won the 340-person field with a time of 17:15.9 while SCAD Atlanta's Emily Kearney finished in second with a time of 17:19.4.
