QUICK HIT: The SCAD Savannah men's tennis team defeated Ave Maria 9-0 on Saturday afternoon.
RECORDS: The Bees are now 3-5 overall this season while Ave Maria drops to 0-5.
DOUBLES: The number one doubles team of
Sean Hajdu and
Kosta Sevic won 8-3 while
Yulin Liu and
Daiki Naka won 8-2 at number two doubles. At number three doubles,
Quentin Staley and
Josh Tewes-McCoy won 8-4.
SINGLES ACTION: Hajdu won 6-0, 6-2 at number one singles while Naka won 7-5, 6-2 at number two singles. Liu, Staley and Tewes-McCoy all won 6-1, 6-2 at the numbers three, four and five singles, respectively.
Mateo Fernandez won 6-3, 6-3 at number six singles.
