With an 18-4 victory over conference member Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia the SCAD Women move to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in conference play.

It was all SCAD as the ladies spread their scoring among 7 players. Having her best game of the season,
Kayla Nelson scored 5 goals and contributed 5 assists for the Bees.Â
Jordan Cook had 4 goals, while
Charlotte Walters and
Charlotte Cutts had 3 each. Freshman
Torii Clark,
Kirsten Carr and
Haley Fauvelle had 1 apiece.

The Bees outshot the Eagles 32 to 18, won 15 of the 24 Ground Controls, and caused 18 turnovers for Emmanuel. A total of 7 saves were recorded for SCAD goalies
Jenny Danko (5) and
Quinn Baldacci (2) to keep Emmanuel from mounting any kind of a comeback.

The ladies are right back at it tomorrow as the travel to Tennessee to take on Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens. It looks like the 2014 team is on another quest to capture third straight national championship. Keep up the good work ladies. Go Bees!
