HARDEEVILLE, S.C. – Nine different players scored to give the SCAD Savannah women's lacrosse team an 18-4 victory over Reinhardt University Wednesday (April 6) evening at the SCAD Athletics Complex.
The Bees improved to 6-4 on the season while the Eagles fell to 4-6. SCAD returns to action Friday (April 8) with a noon Central time contest against Robert Morris (Ill.) College in Chicago.

Haley Fauvelle and
Devin Dorsey each had three goals for the Bees, who jumped out to a quick 5-0 lead in the first 12 minutes of the match. Reinhardt closed to within three goals at 6-3 on Katelyn Prester's goal with 8:51 remaining in the first half, but SCAD scored eight unanswered goals to take command of the match.
Sophie Swan,
Kim Caltagirone and
Rachel Ackley each scored twice for SCAD while
Alexis Spaide,
Britney Lukowski and
Sophie Spivack had a goal apiece. Scott and Spaide each tallied four assists while
Chelsea Bernardo and Swan had two each. Fauvelle and Lukowski each had one for the Bees. Goalie
Lauren Alexander registered five saves in net for the Bees.
