ATHENS, Tenn. - Nicole Mula scored eight goals as the Savannah College of Art and Design women's lacrosse team started their spring break trip with a 21-12 victory over Tennessee Wesleyan College Sunday (March 15) afternoon.
The Bees, who have won three of their past four matches, improved to 3-7 as they defeated one of the six NAIA institutions that sponsor women's lacrosse. SCAD will return to action Wednesday (March 18) with a 7 p.m. contest against Lindenwood University - another NAIA institution - in St. Charles, Mo.

Nicole Burns each tallied three goals for the Bees while
Kim Caltagirone,
Cristina Driver,
Jaclyn Scott and
Chelsea Bernardo each connected on a goal. Mula and Burns also added two assists while Scott had one.
Khylen Steward recorded the win in goal for the Bees with 12 saves.
