SAVANNAH, Ga. - The Savannah College of Art and Design men's tennis team opened its home schedule with an 8-1 The Sun Conference decision over Webber International University Friday (Feb. 13) morning at the Bacon Park Tennis Courts.

The seventh-ranked Bees improved to 3-0 overall and to 3-0 in the conference. SCAD will waste little time getting back to work as they will face TSC-member Warner University in a 5 p.m. match later in the day. The match was originally scheduled to be played tomorrow (Feb. 14), but was moved up a day due to the expected heavy rain that is to occur.

SCAD took a 2-1 lead after doubles and then won all six singles matches as the Bees only dropped eight games.
