LAKELAND, Fla. - The Savannah College of Art and Design men's swimming team swept a double dual against Florida Southern College and Saint Leo University Saturday (Oct. 25) morning at the Hollis Wellness Center Pool.

The Bees defeated Florida Southern 64-31 and Saint Leo 65-30. SCAD evened its mark to 2-2.  SCAD returns to action Nov. 8 with a 1 p.m. meet against Emory University in Atlanta.

The Bees won seven of the 11 events competed. SCAD, which won both relay events, was led by Vitali Pushkar-Verbitsky's three individual wins. Danny Recordon (100 freestyle, 49.56) and Michael Lawrence (100 breaststroke, 1:00.55) also tallied wins.
