After tallying eight points in the Bees two wins, Meadhbh Deeney has been named Reed Publications Male Artist-Athlete Player of the Week.

Deeney began the week tallying a goal and two assists in the Bees 3-1 win over Southeastern. In the 11^{th minute Deeney sent a free kick to Olivia Buechler who headed in the first goal of the game. Later in the first half Deeney netted a goal of her own to extend the lead to 2-0. In the second half Deeney connected with Janelle Morgan for the Bees final goal.}

She followed that up by netting the first two goals of the Bees 4-0 win over Ave Maria. In the 16th minute Fiona Gorman sent a pass down the end line to Deeney, who turned and scored. In the second half Natalie Besl sent a pass up to Denney, who got behind the defense and beat the goalie for the goal.

Deeney has tallied a team-high eight goals and 25 points this season.

This is the second time that Deeney has been named Reed Publications Female Artist-Athlete Player of the Week this season. She also won this award on September 14.
